The Miss Europe Center works as a production office, information bureau and a platform for dialog.
The interior of the office is using propaganda material from the offical EU center which was formerly located in the nearby street, but moved to a back street not so long ago. As an information center, the office conducts video interviews, filling questionnaires (possibly in the nearby area and in the park) and visualizes the results of the questionnares. During a workshop, participants can develop ideas to extend the identity of Miss Europe.

During the day, an asked performer dressed as Miss Europe will spread the constitution to the passerbyes. As she is wearing a blue-yellow dress designed with political and cultural symbols having infulenced on european culture and identity, her presence works as an active visual symbol described into the everyday enviroment.
